Quality permeates our company and is central to the success of our operations. As our Production Director, Phil Cottle plays an instrumental role in ensuring our high standards are upheld across the Group.

Phil oversees the management of all site programmes and is committed to driving contracts forward and delivering them on time and within budget. He is also responsible for managing onsite health and safety standards, as well as the training needs of all employees. As a result of his effective working practices and ability to consistently meet our clients' requirements, we have earned a reputation for providing an excellent and highly reliable service.

Phil is a rugby enthusiast having played competitively throughout his youth. He continues to maintain close ties with Mold Rugby Club in his spare time by volunteering and supporting a new generation of players.
